Bancamía Board of Directors Composition

The Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 26, 2025, elected the Bancamía Board of Directors for the period April 2025 – March 2027, as recorded in Minutes No. 038 of that same date.

BRIEF PROFILE OF THE BOARD MEMBERS

Margarita Correa Henao – Chairwoman

Anthropologist from the University of Antioquia, with postgraduate studies in International Senior Management, a specialization in Social and Human Development, and a focus on creating productive employment opportunities for vulnerable, low-income communities. Recipient of a Kellogg Foundation scholarship in Leadership and Development. With more than 30 years dedicated to the economic, social, and human development of vulnerable and historically excluded populations—promoting sustainable development opportunities through productive activities—she has extensive private-sector experience, including as General Manager of Corporación Mundial de la Mujer Medellín, and with organizations such as the Private Committee for Child Welfare. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Antioquia Federation of NGOs, Cooperativa Emprender, and Microserfin Panamá. She also served on SENA’s Technical Committee and on the Board of Directors of Microfinanzas Puerto Rico for six years. She served as Executive Vice President of Banco de las Microfinanzas Bancamía S.A. until March 2017; she was subsequently appointed Chair of the Board of Directors, a position she has held since then.

Jorge W. Cruz Díaz – Vice Chairman.

Certified Public Accountant from the School of Training at SII – Instituto Superior de Comercio de Chile, with an emphasis on business administration, operational management, and internal control, as well as knowledge in systems and commercial development. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

Currently, he is Partner and Executive Director at Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Quimeimapu Ltda. and serves on the Boards of Directors of Emprende Microfinanzas S.A. and Fondo Esperanza SpA (Chile), Soluciones de Microfinanzas S.A. MICROSERFIN (Panama), and Bancamía S.A. (Colombia).

Javier M. Flores Moreno

Law graduate from the University of Murcia, specialized in the Senior Business Management Program at IESE and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston, Texas. He has held various positions, including Retail Director at Banco Exterior de España and Deutsche Bank, Regional Business Director at Banco Exterior de España, Zone Director for Málaga and Melilla, Regional Director for the Balearic Islands, and Territorial Director for the Canary Islands at Argentaria. He was also General Director of European Expansion, General Director of Consumer Finance at Finanzia, Director of Human Resources Management at BBVA, and a Member of the BBVA USA Management Committee. He served as President and Director of BBVA International Investment Corporation, Director of BBVA Securities of Puerto Rico, Inc., and Executive President and Director of BBVA Puerto Rico.

Currently, he is General Director/CEO of the BBVA Microfinance Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of Financiera Confianza (Peru), Banco de Ahorro y Crédito ADOPEM (Dominican Republic), Fondo Esperanza SpA and Emprende Microfinanzas S.A. (Chile), Soluciones de Microfinanzas S.A. MICROSERFIN (Panama), and Bancamía S.A. (Colombia).

Gloria Inés Barragán Ramírez

Economist from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, with academic training in financial management, marketing, and senior executive leadership. She has held senior positions in the financial sector, serving on boards of directors and in top management roles at institutions such as Granahorrar S.A. and Ahorramas S.A. In addition, she has extensive experience in the real estate and corporate sectors, acting as general manager, financial manager, and legal representative in various companies.

She has been actively involved in social and business development initiatives, as co-founder and associate of the Corporación Mundial de la Mujer Colombia – CMMC, where she currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Legal Representative.

Vicente Alejandro Lorca Salañer

Holds a Law Degree from the University of Valencia, an MBA from ESADE, and an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from INSEAD. He has extensive experience in corporate banking, international finance, trade finance, M&A, financial management of financial institutions, and microfinance.

At BBVA, he held senior positions in Spain, New York, and Asia, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Fundación Microfinanzas BBVA from 2007 to 2025. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Microserfin in Panama, where he serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Risk Committee.

Esperanza Vigueras González

Holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from ICADE and completed the Management Development Program at IESE. She has extensive experience at BBVA in global risk management, strategic analysis, economic capital, stress testing, data governance, and supervisory relations.

She was a member of BBVA’s Global Risk Management Executive Committee and led risk planning, reporting, monitoring, and risk transformation initiatives, as well as processes related to culture, talent, and enterprise risk management.

Victoria Lucía Navarro Vargas

Systems Engineer from Universidad EAFIT, with various studies in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), SARLAFT, and accounting and tax aspects. She has extensive professional experience as Regional Manager at Fiduciaria Corficolombia S.A. and as a Board Member of several real-sector entities.

Currently, she is a Board Member at Colegio Marymount, Corporación Mundial de la Mujer Medellín, and Bancamía S.A.
