The Board of Directors of Bancamía S.A., during its meeting held on March 26, 2025, approved the appointment of Ángela María Franco Pinilla as the new Vicepresident for Employee Development, who will assume these responsibilities effective immediately. Likewise, the Board approved granting her alternate legal representation of the Bank, for which the corresponding registration process before the Financial Superintendence of Colombia (SFC) will be carried out.
